This is a residential building in Palma de Mallorca, on a plot with an approximate slope of 13%. The building is organized by terracing different levels on it lower level, and these terraces are reproduced on the upper floors, allowing all the homes to enjoy wide exteriors spaces formed by large overhangs in the slabs of the floors that give the project horizontality and which is complemented by a large slender pergola in the extension of the roof.

Windmill designed and defined the structure and foundation of the building. To solve the long spans, which reach 5.5m, a reinforced and post-tensioned slab was used in such a way as to induce a positive moment on the edge of the overhangs that reduces the deformation that would be generated.

The vertical structure is basically raised by means of concrete pillars that are hidden in the partitions and facades of the building, however, the building has some metal supports, mainly shaping the elevator shaft without the use of concrete walls that would penalize the performance of the post-tension.
