The project consists of a school which is divided into three independent buildings: kindergarten, elementary school and the sports hall; connected by a porch on the ground floor and different patios.

The single-storey children´s building is located to the north and its classrooms open to the central courtyard under a large porch. The primary building is configured over two floors and is aligned between the central courtyard and the south. For its part, the pavilion raises its volume to generate a double height area for the sports hall.

Windmill's mission has been to draft the structure and foundation project for the three buildings that make up the school. The building is resolved by tubular metal supports and waffle slabs, except for the skylight in the primary building which is resolved by slabs, and the light roof of the metal structure pavilion.

One of the most relevant aspects of the project has been the optimization of the structure to solve the large spans and overhangs.
