This a residential building located in the municipality of Vilanova i la Geltrú. The project is organized in two differentiated volumes and separated by a constructive joint. The rear volume of the building is organized over one ground floor and the main volume is organized on five floors above ground level. The constructed area of the house is approximately 1,000 m².

Windmill's mission has been to carry out the foundation and structural project for the building. The most suitable structural typology to carry out this project was a waffle slab with reinforced concrete pillars.

One of the most relevant aspects of the project has been the resolution of the foundation, which was achieved by means of a slab on piles, on a plot with areas with differing strata, including the existence of a 5.50 meters deep fill, and executed in different phases, due to the existence of a transforming station.
