This is a single-family home located in the municipality of Salou. The building consists of an approximate area of 652 m2, distributed over four floors. The plot has a steep slope, to which the house adapts in a staggered form.

Windmill's mission has consisted in the design and calculation of the structural project of the house, constituted by exposed reinforced concrete boxes, about 9 meters wide, without requiring intermediate pillars. The day area has a large central patio illuminated by skylights in the roof.

The entire horizontal structure is mixed with solid reinforced concrete slabs, in order to comply with the aesthetic requirements and, in addition to solving the normative deformation criteria for these spans.
