This is a building complex consisting of three blocks of flats in Barcelona. The blocks have a commercial ground floor and six heights with three, four and five homes per floor respectively, totaling approximately 7,300 m2 built.

In the architectural project it is possible to highlight the geometry of the floors that, starting from a triangular plot and the disposition of two transversal pedestrian streets, is defined as three pieces of polygonal geometry to which the interior of the houses responds.

Windmill`s objective was to carry out the structural project and foundations of the complex, responding to this particular geometry and spans between supports of up to 6.65m, the latter being limited to a thickness of 20cm in order to integrate them into the architectural plan.

One of the most relevant aspects of the project has been the choice of typology of the slabs that, in order to adjust to the particular geometry and respect the architectural needs, have been resolved by means of lightened two-way slabs, using a system of hollow spherical elements of recycled plastic (CHE System).
