The project involves the execution of a swimming pool on the roof of the Delfin Hotel, located in the urban center of Tossa de Mar, near the stream and relatively close to the beach. The new pool occupies the area closest to the corner, with different spaces, plants and trees and also paved areas around it.

After analyzing different possibilities, it has been decided to project a new roof above the current roof level, totally independent of the existing building, with a structure of steel profiles, supported on new steel pillars that cross the different floors of the building to reach the ground floor level and support a new foundation.

It should be noted that to optimize the structure and that the edges of the profiles are reduced, so that they can adapt to the requirements of the architecture and respect the maximum height allowed for the building, a mixed structure with collaborative forging has been used.
