Juan Pedro became part of the technical team of Windmill in September 2013. He is a Technical Architect currently studying the required modules in order to become a Structural Engineer at the European University in Valencia. He is also a Buildings Engineer with a Masters in Building from the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

His experience in construction processes is extensive and he has collaborated in the development of projects of various types during a professional career spanning over 16 years with internationally respected companies such as Dragados P.O and Acciona Infrestructura SL. Among his collaborations, by way of example, are the project for the rehabilitation of the Colon Market in Valencia; the reformation of the Information Technology Faculty (and a further multi-use building) for the Polytechnic University of Valencia; and the construction project for the dam and improved drainage of the basin of La Rambla de la Gallinera (Valencia and Alicante).
