This project relates to a residential building located in the municipality of Tarragona. The project is organized over five floors above ground, without including basement spaces, beyond a partial excavation carried out on the ground floor. The constructed area of the house is approximately 500 m².

Windmill's mission has been to carry out the diagnosis and characterization of the existing structure resolved with masonry walls, metal girders and sawn wood joists, and the subsequent project to rehabilitate the structure, including its adaptation to the architecture.

The actions to adapt the structure to the new architecture include pointing of one floor, the replacement of the structure attached to the rear façade and the provision of a new elevator.
