The building unites in a single volumetric unit a biological pasta factory together with the company's headquarters, respecting for each one its levels of functionality, natural light and access.

Windmill carried out the structural project of the building under the requirement of the maximum optimization of structural materials, wood and steel, in order to favor a mixed solution that limited not only the cost but also the carbon footprint.

The main objective was to design a structure capable of covering the diaphanous space of the dependencies of the factory and at the same time suspend the social headquarters on them, all under the condition of a future extension of the building.
