The project is organized over three floors, all above ground, and the constructed area is around 1,000 m2. The floors are rectangular with different widths and lengths, generating cantilevered volumes on the main façade.

The horizontal structure is resolved with bidirectional slabs, of the reticular type, with a recoverable cassette for an architectural requirement. To combat the deformation of the cantilevered part, metal frames embedded within the slab have been incorporated.

The vertical structure is solved by metal pillars and a pair of reinforced concrete windproof walls
