This is an isolated detached house, located on the edge of a cliff, in Jávea, Alicante. The building consists of two floors above ground level and an auxiliary apartment, half buried. The total built area is 388 m2.

The mission of Windmill has been to realize the project of the one-family structure, made up of alveolar slabs on a metallic structure, formed by beams and pillars.

The main objective has been to cover the large clear spaces, through reduced edges in the floor and minimizing costs. The foundation of the auxiliary housing has been solved by means of a floating slab on footings located at a safe distance respecting the edge of the cliff.
