This is an isolated detached house, located in Jávea, Alicante. The building has three floors and has an approximate built area of 600 m2.

Windmill´s mission has been the realization of the executive project of the structure of the single-family house. The structure is formed by concrete walls, concrete pillars, metal pillars and solid slabs with variable edges.

As a singularity, the location of the house should be noted, which is a plot with a steep slope on a cliff edge in Jávea.

Due to the location of the plot, a detailed study of the stability of the slope was necessary, which verified the corresponding conditions of design and calculation of the foundations of the house.
