This is a completely permeable construction, with its own identity, since the sloping roof slab protrudes 4 meters in cantilever, providing shade to the whole interior complex: an open kitchen with barbecue, a dining room, a toilet and a dressing room acting as a service area to the pool of the main dwelling.

Windmill´s mission was to realize the structural project of the pavilion, constituted by a solid slab of great spans and on metallic HEB type pillars, distributed strategically to adapt them to the architectural requirements.

The main objective was to solve the large cantilever of 4 meters span with a slab edge of 28 centimeters. To achieve this edge, it was necessary to embed metal profiles in the interior of the slab.
