The purpose of the project is the demolition of an industrial building that was left unfinished in the
year 2008.

Following an inspection of the construction, as well as an assessment of the stability of the building, and after the cost analysis of different alternatives, the owner decided to proceed with the demolition of the warehouse. The waste produced will then be revalues, producing aggregates which will later be used as sub-bases of internal vials of the building itself.

The demolition was carried out by mechanical means, via two backhoes equipped with hydraulic grippers for primary demolition, blades for cutting steel and supported by a mobile crushing and sorting function.
