This project involves the expansion of the municipal sports hall located in the town of Vila-seca (Tarragona). The building is a light volume and is formed by metal frames that cover the track with a free span of 24.25 meters. The building complex is surrounded peripherally by a pergola to give an appearance of unity among the pieces.

Windmill's mission has been to design a structure to meet the aesthetic and functional needs of the pavilion, optimizing the sections of the profiles, whilst guaranteeing the stability of the complex.

Of note is the design for the covering of the track, where a fink type beam was chosen. This element consists of an upper profile of three sections, two uprights and a cable with a single turnbuckle.
