This is a detached house located in the urbanization of El Pinar in Castellvell del Camp (Tarragona). The house has a basement, ground floor and first floor. The project proposes three independent volumes, of which the main volume, and largest dimension, contains the most private uses of the dwelling, while the rest have a complementary use.

The horizontal structure of the house has been resolved through two different types. On the roof of the garage, we have opted for a sandwich type slab, with expanded polystyrene cassettes, while in the rest of the house we used a solid reinforced concrete slab.

It is worth highlighting the design of the underground parking area. The architectural proposal required a zone free of pillars and, consequently, a series of vertical discontinuities, since several pillars of the upper floors had to be removed.
