This project encompases the technical assistance to the facultative management of a primary school. The building raises two rectangular volumes that join to form an "L" shape. The first volume consists of ground, first and second floor, and in this part the classrooms and faculty offices are located. The second volume corresponds to the indoor gym, appearing on a single level.

Windmill´s challenge was to document, review and resolve the various discrepancies and / or changes made to the original project and respond to the queries and doubts that may arise during the construction of the building.

One of the most important architectural aspects is the texturing of the visible concrete walls, achieved through wood slats placed in the formwork thereof. On a structural level it is worth mentioning the large overhang of more than 9.00 meters located at the main entrance of the center. Finally we note the complex foundation resolved through piles due to the existence of water mines and a landfill with very poor capacity of 4.00 meters.
